The latest trend and the only option to have new housing that is affordable. Parents can have their kids live in their backyard or vice versa. Backyard builds will typically be one floor with one or two bedrooms and start around 395 sq ft. Any property can now have up to three units without any difficult or time-consuming approval process. Access to the rear yard for construction and running services to a backyard building need to be confirmed prior to quoting.
