All of our work is third party inspected and approved. HBL obtains building and plumbing permits and inspections are organized at pre-determined stages. Permits for all electrical work are issued and inspections are done by the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA). HBL is a member in good standing with Tarion Warranty Corporation and all houses are enrolled with Tarion to protect new home buyers.
